Join us on January 30th 2027 at Sunderland Royalty Theatre. Opening in the 1800s, the building served as a church before going on to become a hospital for wounded WWI soldiers. It reopened as a theatre in 1925. Visitors to the theatre report many strange phenomena, from hearing whistling and voices to slamming doors, and reports from practising actors of seeing a figure sitting in a chair in the back of the room – only for the chair to be empty.
The investigation will start at 9pm and end at 2am.
